Pay Per Post For Me!

Attention all you bloggers and readers out there! If you are trying to monetize your blog and loosing the pay per click battle with you know who…it’s time to try out Pay Per Post. It’s an easy to use system of advertisement, where companies pay you to basically write blog reviews, products, topics, and more!

There are 5 GREAT THINGS about PAY PER POST!

1. It’s easy to sign up for, it basically took me 5 minutes to get through all the information you need to get yourself an account.

2. They provide useful tips and tutorials to help you set up the Pay Per Post tools on your blog for those people who are like me and don’t know anything about using HTML code! These tutorials also help you understand how to get the best value for your posts, how to write, and so much more…I can’t write it all here…there is just so much information…you’ll just have to check it out yourself!

3. They make it easy for you to get paid….this is very important my fellow bloggers because if you cannot get paid, then what is the point of using the service. Pay Per Post is compatible with Paypal (online banking)…so go out there and get yourself an account (did I mention that Paypal is free!) and then every penny you make with Pay Per Post goes into your Paypal account.

4. Everything is divided into categories, therefore if your blog is about movies, entertainment and food, like this one is, you can basically just look up the offers that pertain to what you write about in your blog!

5. Did I mention that this service is free to sign up for! I mean this is great….after getting your blog up and running, make sure you stop by Pay Per Post….you might make some great cash on the side for some extra spending!

Good Luck and Good Blogging :)

NACHO FANATIC PLATTER

This is one of my favorite sins to eat! It’s great for parties, meals, snacks, or just a movie in front of the TV. You can make it party portion, individual portion, and the greatest thing is that its customizable!

Ingredients

Main:

Tostitos: multigrain (healthier), scoops, bite size, quesadilla cheese, etc.

*Just take your favorite type of nacho chip

Toppings:

-Chunky Salsa: spice to taste (medium, spicy, etc)

-Grated monterey jack cheese (enough to cover the nachos)

-Onions, tomatoes, avocados, chicken, beef, sour cream, hot peppers, jalapeno, etc… (you can literally put anything on this)

-Great add-ons: DIPS (cheese, spinach, and south west) DipDipDip

Preparation:

Preheat your oven to broil mode!

prepare all your ingredients….cut up tomatoes, cook chicken or beef, etc. NOW THE FUN PART! Take an oven safe plate as big as you want it!

Take some Tostitos and layer ingredients how you like them make sure you spread everything all around to get some flavor everywhere! Then another small layer of Tostitos and then some more ingredients…avocado, chicken, salsa, sour cream, etc. and then the finishing touch is to sprinkle a layer (however thick or thin that you like) all over the top of the nachos! Slide the plate in the oven and leave in until the cheese it completely melted and the Nachos start to brown a little!

**Watch out because if you leave the plate in too long your NACHOS will BURN! Trust me on this one!

Then take the plate out …don’t forget the oven mitts…and enjoy!

***For bigger parties use cookie sheets as plates!

ENJOY! :)

100-Calories…You’re JOKING!

It’s all about the 100 calorie snack!Frito Lay 100-calorie

Seems like all you see companies advertising is their 100 calorie snacks. Nabisco has come out with their own Oreo, Fudgeo, or other cookie “Thins”, Frito Lay has come out with its version of the 100 calorie snack with its baked Lays and Cheetos, and Doritos. The question is AT WHAT PRICE?

Most of these snacks are so overpriced you could be getting 3 times the amount of another homemade 100 calorie snack instead of buying these rip-off snacks.  The truth is that YES they are 100 calories…but what kind of calories….look on the side of the box and see how many grams of fat, sugar, etc. and how many grams of fiber, or protein there is….the answer is NOT VERY MUCH!

Nabisco 100-calorieNow I know what you’re thinking! Isn’t this supposed to be a movie review site…well yes it is…but you often snack at the movies, and in an effort to provide some movie going tips…one must also consider snacking tips!

So the tip with regards to 100 calorie snacks:

Don’t fall for the commercials that try and fool you into thinking that your so called chips and cookies are now healthy because they come in 100 calorie size packs! The trick is to combine some healthy foods that have healthy ingredients and make them more appealing!

For example: One of my all time favorites is popcorn flavored rice cakes (or any other type of rice cakes) topped off with either a tsp of one of the following:

-Light cream cheese

-Chunky peanut butter

-Honey

-Hazlenut chocolate spread (Nutella)

etc. The trick is to be creative!

Rice cakes, depending on the type contain about 34 calories (good calories including protein), the toppings stated above are also healthy….Honey for example has a lot of sugar, but if you have a good brand of honey, it actually has natural sugars and is very healthy.

Remember if you can’t pass up your movie popcorn at the theater…the trick is moderation-moderation-moderation. Try to opt for the regular sized popcorn instead of the large, and have some water instead of the calorie saturated soda or pop!
